The Role: Leads full-cycle recruitment for premium salon, spa, wellness, and fitness businesses. Working inside the firm's executive talent practice, this role identifies, evaluates, and places providers, managers, directors, and executive leaders whose performance directly moves client revenue.
What the role owns: Full-cycle recruitment, executive search support, passive candidate sourcing, structured assessment, offer construction, onboarding, and pipeline architecture.
What it requires: 5+ years recruiting, executive search preferred, premium service-industry fluency, exceptional interviewing and communication.
Executive Recruiter
Location: Las Vegas, NV
The Role: Specializes in executive placement across premium salon, spa, wellness, fitness, and hospitality organizations. Identifies leaders capable of driving organizational performance and holds accountability for the structural outcome of each placement.
What the role owns: Executive search, market mapping, leadership assessment, interview strategy, reference validation, offer construction, and executive integration.
What it requires: Executive search history, strong professional network, exceptional assessment ability, consultative communication.
Revenue Strategy Consultant
Location: Las Vegas, NV
The Role: Builds the commercial systems behind premium service businesses. Working directly with ownership, this role engineers pricing architecture, margin, service mix, and growth planning, and delivers each system installed rather than recommended.
What the role owns: Pricing architecture, margin optimization, revenue modeling, membership design, forecasting, and business model construction.
What it requires: Consulting history, financial fluency, commercial strategy command, strong analytical ability.
Sales Director-East Coast Territory
Location: Remote
The Role: Builds relationships with founders, executives, investors, and ownership groups across the premium salon, spa, wellness, and fitness industries, and represents the firm at the altitude its work is priced at.
What the role owns: Business development, pipeline management, discovery, proposal construction, client relationships, and territory strategy.
What it requires: B2B consulting sales, high-ticket close history, executive communication, CRM command.
Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
The Role: Identifies opportunities, builds strategic partnerships, and expands the firm's presence throughout the premium wellness industry.
What the role owns: Lead generation, referral partnerships, industry presence, market research, and pipeline development.
What it requires: Business development history, relationship-building command, industry familiarity, self-directed execution.
