Vashti Joli Williams brings more than two decades of experience across the full spectrum of the salon, spa, wellness, and fitness industries. Her career began inside the service experience itself, working as a licensed provider before expanding into education, ownership, corporate leadership, executive operations, and strategic advisory.
That journey created a perspective few advisors possess: understanding the business from the individual provider level through enterprise leadership.
Throughout her executive career, Vashti has led the functions that determine whether premium businesses scale successfully: talent strategy, organizational structure, revenue performance, operational growth, and brand positioning. Her experience includes leadership within billion-dollar national brands, luxury five-star spa and wellness environments, multi-location organizations, and complex corporate and franchise systems.
She has built teams, developed leaders, strengthened business functions, and created the operating structures required for organizations to perform at a higher level.
Vashti is also a published researcher, writer, and speaker whose work examines the underlying structures that influence organizations, leadership, and performance.
