Effective date: March 7, 2025
This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how IMAGE│IMPACT (the “firm”) collects, uses, and shares the personal information of candidates who apply for a position or submit their information for consideration. It applies to information submitted through the firm’s careers process, including any résumé submission form and related correspondence.
Information the Firm Collects from Applicants
In connection with recruitment, the firm collects:
• Identifiers and contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, and location.
• Professional and employment information, including résumé, work history, qualifications, certifications, and any information you choose to provide about your experience.
• Information generated during the hiring process, including interview notes, assessments, and correspondence with the firm.
You are not required to submit sensitive personal information, and the firm asks that you not include it in your application.
How the Firm Uses Applicant Information
The firm uses applicant information to evaluate your candidacy, conduct interviews and assessments, communicate with you about the process, make hiring decisions, and maintain records of its recruitment activity. If you are hired, your application information becomes part of your employment record. If you are not hired, the firm may retain your information to consider you for future openings, as described below.
Use of Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment
The firm may use software tools, which can include artificial intelligence features, to organize applications, parse résumés, and support scheduling and administration. Any such tools are used to assist the firm’s team. Hiring decisions are made by people, with human review embedded in the process, and are not made solely by automated means. If a specific tool used in your application would carry disclosure or consent requirements under the law of the state in which you reside or would work, the firm will provide that disclosure and obtain any required consent before that tool is applied to your candidacy.
How the Firm Shares Applicant Information
The firm shares applicant information only with service providers that support recruitment, such as applicant-tracking, scheduling, and email delivery, engaged to process information on the firm’s behalf; with the firm’s professional advisors where reasonably necessary; and with authorities where required by law. The firm does not sell applicant information.
Retention
The firm retains applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your candidacy and, where you are not hired, to consider you for future openings and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. You may ask the firm to remove your information from consideration at any time using the contact details below.
No Offer or Contract
Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of employment or a contract of any kind. Any employment relationship the firm enters into would be on an at-will basis, subject to the terms stated in a written offer.
